Automated pricing rules

The integrator offers the ability to customize product prices before adding them to the store. Depending on the plan selected, our customers have the option to create up to 20 pricing rules for each wholesaler that has been integrated. They can then assign these rules to products based on manufacturer, category or a specific price threshold. Each rule allows adding or subtracting a specific value, increasing or decreasing the price by a certain percentage, and rounding the price to one of the popular formats. For an up-to-date list of available rounding options, see the attached screenshot. Depending on the customer’s preference, the base price can be set as the suggested retail price or the wholesale price of the product purchase.

Protection of original product descriptions and names

Our integration platform provides mechanisms that guarantee that important product parameters, such as description, name or assigned category, will not be modified without prior authorization of the customer. Automatic updating, responsible for keeping products up-to-date in the store, applies only to prices, stock levels and product availability.

In all of our packages – START, START PLUS, PRO, PRO PLUS, BOSS and BOSS PLUS – online stores, using our integration, have the opportunity to take advantage of the function of protecting individual descriptions and product names.

Product attributes map

Our tool allows automatic modification of data downloaded from the wholesaler. Thanks to the panel, our customers have the ability to define product statuses, such as lead time, for example. They can also select the features and their values they want to make available in their online store, modify product variants and manage manufacturer information. Thanks to our solution, customers have full control over their product data and can customize it according to their individual needs.

Category map

With the category map available in the integrator, you can organize products from the wholesaler even before they are added to the store. Using the available tools, you have the ability to associate groups of products from the wholesaler with corresponding categories in the store. You can also automatically add missing categories and set a default category for products that are not assigned to any specific category. What’s more, the integrator allows you to copy part or all of the category structure from selected wholesalers and transfer it to the store. This process makes category organization simpler and more efficient.

Advanced product filtering

In the integrator’s panel, we provide an advanced product manager, which allows you to get acquainted with the database of products from the wholesaler even before they are imported into the store. Thanks to a variety of available filters, our customers can search for products based on various criteria, such as date of addition, manufacturer, category, price or stock. In addition, they have the option to check the date of the last product update or completely disable updates for selected products. As part of the available tools, we also offer a function for filtering products based on their names, allowing customers to limit updates to only products containing certain keywords or skip them. With this product manager, our customers have full control over what products will be imported into their store, and can configure updates to best suit their needs.

Can I change products during my subscription?

Yes, you can exchange products for others at any time, the integrator will add new items to your store and disable the old ones.

Can I buy a monthly plan?

In most cases, a month is not enough to reach customers with a new offer. That is why we offer quarterly and half-yearly plans.

Can I change the names and descriptions of the products?

Yes, you can easily customize product descriptions and names to your needs, the integrator will not change them.

I already have some wholesale products in my store, can I keep them?

Yes, our integrator can take over their daily update or omit them – we will adapt the integrator to your requirements.

Do I need to have my computer switched on for products to update?

The integrator works 24/7 on servers available via the Internet. You do not have to have your own computer switched on.
