DEFINITIONS

“Platform Dropeo” means the Warehouse, which is owned by the Futuro company located in Rypin, at ul. Żeromskiego 8, 87-500 Rypin, entered by the Mayor of Rypin into the business register under the number 4581, NIP 8921259085, REGON 340406888.

“Ordering Party” means the person or company that uses the Dropeo Platform to purchase Products for sale to customers in their online store as part of their business operations.

“Product” or “Products” means the products offered for purchase by the Purchaser on the Dropeo Platform.

“Customer” means the end customer who is a purchaser of Products purchased on the Purchaser’s website.

“Consignee of the shipment” means customer or ordering party or other entity which will be indicated by the ordering party.

“Order” means the ordering party’s order to deliver the Product to the Consignee of the Shipment.

“Carrier” means a natural or legal person transporting a Product or Products to a Consignee of a Shipment.

“Supplier” means a natural or legal person performing the process of shipping a Product or Products to a Consignee.

II. Personal data protection system

Personal data as part of the Dropeo Platform are processed and protected in accordance with the requirements set out in applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, i.e. the ordinance of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing as well as technical and organizational conditions, which IT devices and systems used for processing personal data should correspond (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC and the Act of 10 May 2018. . on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000).

The most important elements of the personal data protection system used are:

1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and the Dropeo.pl platform is encrypted with a 256 bit key.

2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and for each activity not related to the implementation of the purchase contract you must give separate consent.

3. Access to your personal data is available only to persons authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, who guarantee their security.

4. The Dropeo.pl platform IT system and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

Thus, ADO has complied with all statutory obligations regarding personal data protection.

III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

A. Registration

During registration, we ask you to provide your data necessary to set up an account on the Dropeo Platform, so you do not have to waste time with each subsequent purchase to complete the entire order form again.

After registering and logging in, you can also verify the status of your order and the history of purchases made. You can correct, complete or delete data from the Dropeo Platform at any time.

During registration, you provide the Dropeo Platform with your data necessary to set up an account on the Dropeo Platform, i.e.

a) company registration data (name; address details: street, building number, zip code, city; NIP and REGON) – necessary for the Dropeo Platform to verify the company’s activity and issue sales documents;

b) e-mail and phone number – necessary for logging in and communication related to the use of the Dropeo Platform.

The data provided by you during the registration process on the Dropeo Platform are stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order

When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in customers are partially downloaded automatically from the data provided during registration.

a) the first and last name or the name of the company, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the Recipient of the parcel indicated as the delivery address are transferred to the Supplier, who forwards them to the Carriers ordering them to deliver the parcel;

b) your company’s registration data are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system: Web Innovative Software Sp. z o.o., ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 105/21, 51-166 with headquarters in Wrocław (KRS 0000342082, NIP 8982167294), operator of the wfirma.pl website.

c) Registration data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the storage time of accounting documents.

In the case of using payments using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator’s website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by the Dropeo Platform.

The Dropeo platform cooperates with the following payment operators:

1. Blue Media S.A., ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 with headquarters in Sopot (KRS: 0000320590, NIP: 5851351185) the operator of the bluemedia.pl website.

2. PayPro S.A., ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 with its registered office in Poznań (KRS: 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887) the operator of the Przelewy24.pl system.

3. Stripe Inc, 354 Oyster Point Blvd South San Francisco, CA 94080 United States, SA, the operator of the stripe.com system.

4. Braintree Payments, 222W Merchandise Mart Plaza Suite 800, based in Chicago, IL 60654 USA, the operator of the braintreepayments.com system.

C. Marketing / News

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it, expressed during the registration or ordering process, you only provide the email address to which information will be sent regarding any changes in the functioning of the Dropeo Platform, new functionalities on the Dropeo Platform, as well as commercial information , which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account on the Dropeo Platform or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.

The email address is transmitted and processed solely for the purpose of sending emails to:

D. Correspondence

In the event that personal data are provided to us which are not necessary for us to perform the contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in the withdrawal forms, warranty or guarantee, these data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed.

Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly ask for and which are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

IV. Cookies – your personal data, which is downloaded automatically after entering the Dropeo Platform

Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the terminal equipment of Dropeo Platform users.

The Dropeo Platform uses two basic types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the terminal equipment of Dropeo Platform users until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the users’ terminal equipment for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the users.

The following types of cookies are used as part of the Dropeo Platform:

1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the Dropeo Platform; e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication;

2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Dropeo Platform;

3. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Dropeo Platform websites;

4. “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by users and personalizing the interface of the Dropeo Platform;

5. “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored by default.

A. Dropeo.pl (server)

The IT system used by the Dropeo Platform automatically collects in the logs the data related to the device you use to connect to the Dropeo Platform. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and relate to: the type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider or the address of entering the Dropeo Platform and are used only in the process of optimizing the Dropeo Platform to ensuring the most convenient way to use it.

These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

The Dropeo platform uses OVH sp.z o.o. servers with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556). This company does not have direct access to personal data and does not process it in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

B. Dropeo.pl (cookies)

The Dropeo Platform uses “cookies” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, to recognize you and adapt the Dropeo Platform to your needs.

The Dropeo platform uses cookies to:

1. remembering login (session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

2. remembering the contents of your basket (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

3. remembering your preferences for displaying the Dropeo platform (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

4. creating statistics and audience reports on the functioning of the Dropeo Platform; (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

5. personalizing the appearance of the Dropeo Platform by displaying products that the Dropeo Platform algorithm will indicate as interesting for you based on the products you bought, put in the basket, searched on the platform, as well as their authors, producers, category – in a word, similar products, but never directly linked to your personal data. (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted).

C. Google Analytics (cookies)

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your device, to enable the Dropeo Platform to analyze traffic sources and the way visitors use it.

Google collects on its servers data obtained from placing cookie files on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so on the basis of legal provisions or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google.

These data are never combined with the given data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

The data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.

D. Google AdWords (cookies)

Google AdWords uses “cookies” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable the Dropeo Platform to assess the correctness and effectiveness of conducted advertising activities using the AdWords network.

Google collects on its servers data obtained from placing cookie files on devices and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to internet traffic and use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so on the basis of legal provisions or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google.

These data are never combined with the given data referred to in Part III and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.

The data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.

E. Cookies from partner servers

The Dropeo platform uses scripts and software components delivered and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to perform the service provided to the Dropeo Platform or containing data other than specified in the privacy policy.

The Dropeo platform carefully selects its business partners, but is not responsible for their cookie policy. That is why we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and deciding for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies.

The Dropeo platform uses the scripts of the following partners:

1. Google Inc. based in Mountain View (CA, USA)

2. Facebook Inc. based in Menlo Park (CA, USA)

V. The privacy policy for the safety of Dropeo Platform partners.

The Dropeo Platform very carefully selects its business partners and equally carefully verifies links placed on the Dropeo Platform to other websites. The Dropeo platform is not responsible, however, for the standard and privacy protection policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these websites. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and deciding whether you want to entrust them with your personal data.

VI. Transfer of your personal data

In special situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to transfer collected data to state authorities, the Dropeo Platform will make such data available.

Except for these situations, your personal data to the extent permitted by law under separate entrustment agreements will be transferred to specific entities only and in connection with the need to perform the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Administrator concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and preservation of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the implementation of the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

VII. Changing the privacy policy of the Dropeo Platform

The Dropeo Platform reserves the right to change the privacy policy, if required by applicable law, the technological conditions of the Dropeo Platform operation change or the change introduces a higher standard than the minimum required by law.

The Dropeo Platform will notify about such a change by e-mail (to the e-mail address provided during registration).

VIII. Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, in relation to your personal data you have the right to:

1. refusal or restriction of the processing of personal data;

2.objection to the processing of personal data;

3. access to personal data;

4. rectification or deletion of personal data;

5. transfer of personal data;

6. withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;

7. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

These rights are not transferable and may not be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with help and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
